There are disreputable companies scamming shoppers. Some charge a fee for information on becoming a shopper. We do not and have never charged a shopper to affiliate with us. One of the latest and more serious we've heard about is a company sending out large advance cashiers checks. The shopper is told to send a MoneyGram or Western Union to a person in Canada, keeping part of the check for themselves. However, the check is not legitimate and bounces, leaving the shopper without any money to cover the MoneyGram. For more information, see FakeChecks.org

Unfortunately, these companies use various web addresses of reputable companies like ours in their ads. Be assured that these practices have nothing to do with our company and our only interaction with shoppers is to pay them for legitimate shops done for us. We have been in business 16 years and are a charter member in good standing of the Mystery Shopping Provider's Association. You may check up on us with your local Better Business Bureau.

Refunds

If you paid someone to be a mystery shopper and are looking for a refund, you have erroneously come to this site. We have never charged a shopper to affiliate with us. Please feel free to explore our site, our shopper application, etc. and you will see that we are not the company that may owe you money. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are very troubled that our company name is being used in disreputable scams. Unfortunately, these companies tend to disappear before anyone can find them and end the practices. We have been in contact with police in various jurisdictions and provide them with any information we have.

If you have paid someone for information or to sign up, your first step might be to check your statement for whatever account was charged. The correct name of the company is often listed there. There are many companies with very similar names.
