If you require a refund for money paid to sign up as a shopper, we are not the company you're looking for. Please consult this item in the FAQ for more information.

Please give specific details about your inquiry. If it is a technical problem, please describe where and when the problem occurs, and the previous few steps you took to get there. Include any error messages you have received.

Note: If you do not receive a response from a Shop Coordinator within 24 hours or by the following Monday, if sent on a weekend, your e-mail may have been blocked by our spam filters and in turn, our response to you may have been blocked by your spam filters. The best way to avoid this is to add us to your address book and trusted (safe) e-mail list.

You may also need to contact your service provider as they could be blocking our emails before they reach your Inbox. This is certainly true for Hotmail accounts.
