This privacy policy covers personally identifiable data collected from and about you. Personally identifiable data means any data about an identified or identifiable individual that is recorded in any form.

The personally identifiable data we maintain is for purposes of conducting our shops and interacting with our shoppers only. This data is not shared with other companies for any commercial purposes, nor is it disclosed to clients who retain our services. Disclosures to clients are limited to non-identifying data such as gender, age, etc to allow the shopper to be broadly categorized.

In the application process you have an option to allow your name to be shared with other shopping companies who may be looking for qualified shoppers in a particular geographic area. Although it has not been traditional company policy to share shoppers, we do reserve that right if you have consented. In such cases, only enough information as is necessary for another company to contact you would be provided. It would then be your option to make arrangements and provide additional personal information to another company.

We are obligated by law to provide notice to the Internal Revenue Service of the identity of any individuals to whom we make payments exceeding $600 in a calendar year and such individuals would receive a 1099 form from us.

The sections of our website that transmit sensitive personal information are encrypted using industry standard encyption techniques, to prevent an eavesdropper from gathering that information. The only way to access your information is with your user ID and password.
