Use this form to submit a data subject request regarding your personal information or data that is processed by our organisation. Please refer to our Datenschutzerklaerung to review how Secret Shopper uses your data, as well as the rights you have to data access and privacy.

If you are a shopper who can log into your shopper profile, we encourage you to submit your request via your shopper portal so you can be automatically verified.

Anfrage auf Loeschung

You have the right to request the deletion of (certain) personal data relating to you (“the right to be forgotten”). If your request is granted, Secret Shopper will delete the relevant personal data. You have to right to ask us to erase your personal data (right to be forgotten) if, for example, the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected; you withdraw consent on which the processing is based, and where there is no other legal ground for the processing; or your personal data have been unlawfully processed.

So bearbeiten wir Ihre Anfrage

The processing of your request is free of charge. Secret Shopper shall respond to your request without undue delay, but in any case, within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, considering the complexity and number of the requests. Secret Shopper shall inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

If Secret Shopper does not take action on your request, for example because your request is unfounded or excessive or because Secret Shopper (legally) cannot or does not have to comply with your request, Secret Shopper shall inform you without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action. In that case, you also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
